Budget is divided by impressions and multiplied by 1,000. 30,000 for 150,000 impressions: 30,000 / 150,000 × 1,000 = 200 per thousand impressions.
It depends on the platform, country, audience and season. At the end of the year and before holidays CPM usually rises. Compare CPM across your own campaigns and look at the cost per result, not just impressions.
CPM is the cost per thousand impressions, CPC is the cost of one click. If you know both and CTR: CPC = CPM / (CTR × 10).
