Which chart to choose

Columns compare values: monthly sales, revenue by store. If the labels are long, use horizontal bars, they are easier to read. A line shows how something changes over time. Pie and donut charts show parts of a whole and work best with 2-6 parts. A scatter chart helps you see how two numbers relate, such as price and number of sales.

How the table works

Every column after the first is a data series, for example 2025 and 2026. Every row is an axis label plus the series values. For a scatter chart, put the horizontal numbers in the first column. Numbers can include spaces, a comma or a dot, and % or currency signs are fine.

Design tips

Keep it to 5-6 series per chart, otherwise the colors get confusing. Show values when exact numbers matter more than the shape. Use 16:9 for slides, 1:1 for social posts and 9:16 for stories.

  • Select the cells together with the headers and copy them (Ctrl+C). Click the first cell of the table on this page and paste (Ctrl+V): rows and columns are laid out automatically and the chart updates right away.

  • PNG is a regular image you can put anywhere: a presentation, a document, a post. We save it at double size so it looks sharp on high-density screens. SVG is a vector file: it stays sharp at any zoom and opens in Figma, Illustrator and browsers.

  • Yes, up to 12 series: click "+ Series" or paste a table with several columns. Columns can sit side by side or be stacked. Pie and donut charts use only the first series.

  • Only in your browser, so the table does not disappear when you reload the page. Nothing is sent to a server. The "Clear" button erases the data.

  • Yes. The charts are yours: no watermarks and no limits. Use them in reports, client presentations, articles and ads.

  • For a scatter chart the first column must contain numbers (the horizontal values), not labels like month names. Each following column holds the vertical values for its series.
