  • JPG is for photos and opens everywhere. PNG is for logos and images with transparency. WebP and AVIF are for websites: files are 1.5-3x smaller at the same quality.

  • JPG does not support transparency, so transparent areas are filled with a color. White by default, but you can choose another color in the settings.
