As much as is left of the price after product cost, shipping, fees and returns. That's the "Max cost per order from ads" line: if ads cost more than that, every order loses money.
How many times revenue must exceed ad spend to break even. If break-even ROAS is 2, every dollar of ad spend needs to bring in at least 2 dollars of revenue.
Some orders get returned or need a refund, while the money for the product and shipping is already spent. Even 3-5% returns noticeably cut profit, so it's worth filling in this field at least roughly.
